The OBA was presented with an impressive scale model of an OV-10 at their February monthly meeting. This model, built by local modeler Jim Gardner, will be used to help finalize the proper color scheme for the OBA's forthcoming Steve Bennett All-Services flying Memorial airplane. The presentation of the model was attended by Steve Bennett's daughter Angela, her son Jake, and Mike "Wolfman 45" Brown, Bennett's AO during the mission for which he received the Medal of Honor. The model, which carries an Air Force color scheme and has working navigation and landing lights as well as a detailed cockpit, will also be used during trips away from the museum as an educational display piece.
