Here are the pictures from Bronco Fest 99, Oct. 8-10. Read the related story here!

Bronco Fest is about people first and foremost, so I've put the airplane pictures at the end, and i hope I didn't botch anyone's name (if I did, please tell me, I've never been good with names really... yet I can remember at least 40 email addresses. Go figure.) As you can tell, there was a LOT to see and do during Bronco Fest weekend!! It was exhausting, but I can't wait for the next one!

Modern Bombers Alliance Airshow
A small part of the Alliance flight line.	A bomber that's almost as old: the venerable B-52H (they even have wrinkles!)	Old vs. New... which will retire first? I'm placing my bets on the BUFF lasting longer!	B-1B bomber engine... there's nothing on earth quite like a B-1B on a full afterburner touch and go!

The Collings Foundation's beautiful F-4 Phantom, flown by Vietnam ace Brig. Gen. Steve Richie.	Phantoms Phorever!	One of the Stealth Squadron's T-38s... a couple of these planes had rather severe hail damage.	Nice T-33, with deep blue metallic metal flake paint.
World War 2 VFM and Alliance Airshow
Chuckie, the Pathfinder B-17 that is the flagship of the Vintage Flight Museum, was down for an engine mount repair.	A nice-looking B-26 Invader of the Confederate Air Force.	Beautiful SB2C-5 Helldiver. This is a very rare aircraft.	Fairchild XNQ-1

The VFM's Hawker Hunter	Are these not some of the most elegant lines of any fighter aircraft?	Oooooohhhh... another Hunter!

Now here's a sight you just don't see every day! There's a used F-111 ejection pod in the background.	AH-64 Apache helicopter... you really don't want to get on the wrong side of one of these guys.	I think this was made by Piaggio.	No idea what this is... but it's kinda cute.
